• DC-SpinVision: A remote visual support platform connecting experts with field technicians through live video and AI analysis.
• Custom Development: Custom software development, electronic design, and AI consulting services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.

Cognautics LLC offers SMS/text messaging through the CleanCall platform and related services. By opting in to receive text messages from Cognautics LLC, you agree to the following terms:

• Consent: By checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our signup or contact forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Cognautics LLC at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service usage. You may receive messages related to account alerts, service notifications, appointment reminders, and support communications.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Cognautics LLC is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

6. Intellectual Property
