  • DataConcerto: A conversational AI platform for building and deploying intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants.
  • DC-SpinVision: A remote visual support platform connecting experts with field technicians through live video and AI analysis.
  • Custom Development: Custom software development, electronic design, and AI consulting services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

  • Consent: By checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our signup or contact forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Cognautics LLC at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service usage. You may receive messages related to account alerts, service notifications, appointment reminders, and support communications.
